100 Thieves (“Hundred Thieves”) is a premium lifestyle brand and gaming organization. Built to serve the growing world of competitive gaming at the intersection of entertainment, and apparel, 100 Thieves was founded in 2017 by Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag, the former OpTic Gaming Call of Duty captain, X Games gold medalist, and 2014 Esports Athlete of the Year. Needless to say, they’re kind of a big deal.

As one of the most iconic brands in esports, the team at 100 Thieves understands the importance of a seamless and intuitive user-experience.

That’s why when they decided to launch a large scale NFT drop in February of this year, their first priority was ensuring all complexities were abstracted away for their massive community.

Championship Chain

We were approached by the iconic 100 Thieves team in January of 2022 to determine whether we could support an NFT drop for their Championship Chain, as a sign of appreciation to their community.

In addition to making the claiming process as simple as possible, doing so also had to be 100% free to claimers, while maintaining a low carbon footprint, the equivalent to sending two emails. Needless to say, we were more than up for the challenge and worked with their team to integrate our Gasless API, in order to support meta-transactions at scale with zero cost to minters.

In April, Dolce & Gabbana teamed up with UNXD to announce the highly anticipated launch of the Glass Box NFT to the DGFamily community. The drop consisted of 3 distinct boxes + digital, physical, & experiential benefits that took holders on a journey unlike any other in the luxury brand space, breaking down walls between real life & the metaverse.

Collezione Genesi

In August 2021, the Collezione Genesi collection was revealed at the Dolce & Gabbana couture event in Venice, often considered the world’s most unique city. The 9-piece, one-of-a-kind collection was personally designed by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana exclusively for UNXD, marking an incredible milestone in luxury brand NFT’s.

The physical collection, features hand-made items across Alta Moda (women), Alta Sartoria (men), and Alta Gioielleria (high jewelry). In a historic moment for Dolce & Gabbana and the entire NFT ecosystem, Collezione Genesi is the first luxury NFT collection that bridges the gap between digital and physical works, with support from UNXD and Biconomy.
